2 bedrooms units, containing 2 double beds & 1 queen bed, 1 bath, full kitchen and living area. These Villas overlook both pools, the pavilion and playground area. (Maximum capacity is 8 people.) $97.00/night $600.00/week
Studio Units 6, 7, 8 and 9
2 double beds; one inside main unit and one on sun porch, 1 bath, full kitchen and living area. These units overlook the lake (Maximum capacity is 6 people.) $70.00/night $420.00/week
Single Cottage
1 double bed, full kitchen and 1 bath. This unit overlooks the lake. (Maximum capacity is 2 people.) $60.00/night $360.00/week
Villas 11 and 12
3 bedroom luxury units, containing 3 double beds, 1 full bath and 1 half-bath, full kitchen and living area. These units have a deck over the lake. (Maximum capacity is 10 people.) $125.00/night $750.00/week
Motel Unit
Contains 2 double beds and 1 bath. No kitchen or living area. (Maximum capacity is 4 people.) $50.00/night $300.00/weekTelephone reservations are held for 5 days pending receipt of deposit. Reservations are advisable and a deposit of $200.00 is necessary for each weeks reservation. Reservations of less than one week require two night's rental as a deposit. Deposits may be by check if made 3 weeks in advance or by credit card if less than 3 weeks. Please note, deposits are NOT refundable unless cancelled 30 days in advance AND the unit is re-rented for same number of days. Once we receive your deposit, we no longer advertise that unit as available.
All rental charges are payable in advance. Your deposit is deducted from the last day of your reserved stay with us. No refunds for early departures or cancellations.
We accept cash, travelers checks, Master Card and Visa. We do NOT accept personal checks, except for deposits made 3 weeks in advance. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned check.
